Self-Advocacy & Facilitation

Clarifying needs, enabling solutions.

Sometimes, a direct conversation between an individual and an organization hits a wall. An employee may struggle to articulate their needs, or an employer may be unsure how to support them effectively. We act as a neutral third party to facilitate these critical discussions. By centering self-advocacy, we help individuals identify what they need to thrive and assist organizations in implementing accommodations that are realistic and sustainable.

Lecture Discussion

What We Deliver:

  • Needs Identification: Guided sessions helping team members understand their rights and responsibilities, and articulate their specific accommodation needs.

  • Mediated Conversations: Facilitation of sensitive staff discussions where needs may be unclear, conflicting, or difficult to express in a safe, confidential, and independent environment.

  • Accommodation Agreements: Co-creating "Same Page" plans that ensure both the individual and the organization understand their roles in maintaining a supportive environment.
