Empowering organizations and individuals through inclusive, innovative solutions, combining strategic insight, eclectic mental health expertise, and support for vulnerable communities.
About our Founder
Mike Clarke, founder of The Same Page, trained as a dramatherapist in the UK and has spent over a decade working alongside autistic adults, individuals navigating mental health challenges, and vulnerable communities. Through thousands of hours of advocacy and clinical practice, he noticed a recurring, systemic pattern: organizations want to be inclusive, but good intentions often stall because the right tools and guidance simply aren't in place.

Mike saw that the most significant barrier wasn't a lack of empathy, but a breakdown in communication. Bureaucracy often felt like a wall, and for many, requesting support felt like a high-stakes gamble. He realized that to create lasting change, he needed to move beyond the clinical setting and into systems design.

From Clinical Insight to Scalable Solutions
Mike started The Same Page to bridge this gap. His mission is to turn "inclusion" from an abstract concept into a practical reality through a dual-pronged approach:

-
Strategic Consultancy: Delivering trauma-informed, project-based guidance to non-profits in the UK and organizations across Canada.
-
The AdaptAbility Platform: Developing the next generation of AI-enabled self-advocacy tools to empower individuals to find their voice and help businesses build sustainable equity.
Today, Mike leads The Same Page from Toronto, combining his clinical pedigree and academic research with a vision for a more adaptable future. By providing the tools for better communication, he helps teams move past checklists and tries to make sure that everyone is able to work more effectively together: on the same page.
