AdaptAbility operates on a dynamic active-seat quota system rather than a rigid, company-wide software license. Every time you invite an employee, manager, or HR administrator to the platform, it consumes one active seat. If a team member leaves the company or requires long-term leave, HR administrators can simply deactivate or delete their account to instantly free up that seat for someone else. This guarantees that your budget is always actively utilized.
