Empowering organizations and individuals through inclusive, innovative solutions, combining strategic insight, eclectic mental health expertise, and support for vulnerable communities.
About our Founder
Mike Clarke, founder of Same Page Solutions Inc., trained as a dramatherapist in the UK and spent over a decade working alongside autistic adults, individuals navigating mental health challenges, and vulnerable communities.
Through thousands of hours of frontline advocacy and clinical practice, he identified a recurring, systemic issue: organizations genuinely want to build inclusive workplaces, but good intentions stall because the right technical tools simply do not exist.
Systemic Breakdown
Mike saw that the most significant barrier wasn't a lack of empathy, but a fundamental breakdown in communication. Bureaucratic request processes felt like an intimidating wall, leaving employees feeling exposed and making accommodation requests feel like a high-stakes gamble. Realizing that clinical care alone couldn't fix structural workplace friction, Mike moved beyond the clinical setting to solve the problem at a systems level through technology.
From Clinical Insight to Scalable Technology
Mike founded Same Page Solutions Inc. to turn "inclusion" from an abstract ideal into a secure, practical reality. He channeled his clinical experience into engineering AdaptAbility: a trauma-informed, RAG-AI platform designed to bridge the gap between employee self-advocacy and corporate compliance. By translating clinical safeguarding and human-centered design into modern software, AdaptAbility equips employees to find their voice while providing HR with an equitable, audit-ready framework.
Fusing Clinical Safety with AI Architecture
Today, Mike leads Same Page Solutions Inc. from Toronto, combining his published research and clinical pedigree with sovereign AI development. Incubated by the Toronto Business Development Centre (TBDC) and validating clinical safeguarding alongside partners like H2i at the University of Toronto, Mike is building technology that helps organizations move past checklist compliance: ensuring teams can work effectively together, on the same page.
